Mini Cornetto

I love love LOVE eating mini cornettos. They're like sooo small and good. Good for those who's conscious with their diet and wants to cheat for a bit. Definitely not THAT conscious. I'll have at least minimum two of it at one go. Yes, MINIMUM. Tee hee. Go have your mini cornettos now!

Why you SHOULD eat Blueberries.


Try eating blueberries everyday!

Do you know that blueberries have the HIGHEST antioxidant capacity of all fresh fruit?!?! Yup :) Good news huh. It can also help you fight your flu, colds or any crazy viral out there. It was also found that blueberries help in anti-aging process. Wanna look forever young? ;) You know what i like best about blueberries??

IT HELPS TO GET RID OF ABDOMINAL FATS. :D

There are many more reasons why blueberries are good but i don't think we should find a reason why eating fruits are good or not for us. FRUITS are all good. Believe me. Just remember to keep them in your diet daily and all be good. I'm such a nonsense eater i tell you but i made an effort to eat fruits everyday :)

Btw, when choosing blueberries... remember to shake the box and check if the blueberries can move freely and not having trouble moving. If it doesn't move freely, it only tells you that the blueberries is soft. Soft blueberries do not have that much antioxidant. Choose the darker color and the hard ones :)

Hope my food lovers have been doing great! I've been busy with life and all. Pardon me for not been updating for more than two weeks. I'll make time as much as possible to blog. Not necessarily about food since i'm pretty much on a budget boo hoo. I still have pending blog entries to write on. So pray hard things will get better for me and that i have the time to blog as much as i can.

I've decided to make this into a lifestyle blog. It doesn't have to be about food but it can be about fashion like this, or even about health and fitness which i'm slowly getting hook on and even vacations! So yeah. I'm gonna keep doing this and see how it goes. Will share amazing videos every now and then if i'm not able to blog anything personal :)

Best Prata Bom ever tasted: Al Ameen Woodlands

To all prata bom fans, you really have to try this!! It was love at first bite for me. I've tried all kinds of prata bom everywhere but they're either too sweet or too sugary there's actually lumps of sugar stucked to your teeth (REALLY). I don't wanna name those restaurants because i just hate dissing people or basically anything. Therefore, do try this prata bom at Al Ameen Woodlands! You won't regret it.

Yup. Full marks for these awesome dishes!!! I can't even find any flaws with it. I'd really recommend you to J Town Cafe! They even have cheese murtabak and chocolate cheese too!! Anything with cheese is just so yummy. No plans for the weekend? Head down to Somerset for this!

Yum yummm! I mean, what can go wrong with BBQ foods right? Well unless they're overcooked or undercooked but this is sooo good plus it was raining when i had this. Super yummmmmm!
